It worked wonders for me when trying to lose baby weight because I didn't have to restrict calories which meant I could still nurse my babies. I'm in the same boat; I started the South Beach diet 2 weeks ago (a diet I thought I was against, but after actually reading the book have discovered isn't too bad). I'm not having the HUGE success you hear about, but maybe that's because I don't have that much to lose. We can cheer each other on!

Best of luck with the new diet. Getting a good kitchen scale really helped open my eyes so I could control my portions. It's never easy, though. Hugs!<BR/><BR/>Pretty STR. I just checked out the Raven collection, and I suspect there's an STR order in my near future too.
